Shipping & returns
Simple, flat-rate delivery anywhere in Pakistan and a no-drama return window.
Shipping
Flat Rs 200 shipping on every order, and free shipping when your order total is Rs 5,000 or more. Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched within 48 hours, Monday to Saturday.
Delivery takes 3–5 working days for major cities and 4–7 working days elsewhere. You receive a tracking number by SMS once the parcel leaves our studio.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. Card checkout is being set up and will be added to the site soon.
Returns & exchanges
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or size exchange. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will arrange a pickup.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of the parcel reaching us. Return shipping is free if the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong size; otherwise Rs 200 is deducted from the refund.
